In his tenure, the enrollment for basketball grew from approx. 350 to over 750 kids ranging from 6 to 15 years in age. Ron played a vital role in moving the program to a web based registration platform and creating a culture of playing for fun, learning the fundamentals and playing with class and integrity. Fun, fairness and sportsmanship were the staples of his programs. A former high school basketball player from Northern Virginia, Ron and his wife Tracey have one child, Cody, age 16.
