Ultimate Athlete: Speed Training and Plyometrics
This program is ideal for any athlete looking to take his or her ability to the next level! It offers the individual athlete the best of both worlds, training that utilizes our high speed treadmill and our explosive plyometric drills. The
Ultimate Athlete package will concentrate on improving running mechanics, power, top speed endurance and recovery time. It will also help the athlete to become more explosive off the line, be able to change direction with more balance/coordination, and increase their vertical leap! This package is recommended for all athletes new to our training program. So whether your sport requires constant change of direction, starting and stopping, and acceleration/deceleration, this program will have the athlete ready for demands of the game!

Republic of Speed: Speed Training Only
This program was designed for those athletes looking to vastly improve their running form and their overall sprint speed prior to the start of the season. The
Republic of Speed, our all speed training package, will target an athlete's running mechanics and sprinting speed as the area of weakness in their game. Each training session will focus on making them stronger, faster, more powerful runners. By the end of their training, the athlete can expect to see a marked improvement in their running form, faster foot speed, longer top speed endurance, and a faster recovery from bouts of sprints!
Republic of Power: Plyometrics Only
This package is for the athlete that needs to focus on strength, power and explosion in the lower body. The
Republic of Power, our all plyometrics program, will focus on explosive multidirectional movement, verical jump, quicker first step, better balance and coordination, and overall agility. The program combines line jumping on our plyoplatform, jumping drills on our plyo boxes, as well as leg press and/or jumping exercises on our plypress machine. It is ideal for the athlete looking to be the first on off the line, get a better jump on the ball or have a higher vertical leap!
Domination Program: One Year all-inclusive membership
This program is for the truly dedicated athlete that is looking to become the best they can be at their respective sport(s). The yearly all-inclusive membership gives the athlete unlimited access to our Acceleration Training programs. For one year, we will closely monitor the athlete's entire training regimen, which will include our Ultimate Athlete package, our patented sport cord technology, and periodic weight training workouts. The Domination Program is designed for any athlete who will complete at least three 20 session packages in one year's time. At the end of this program, they will be primed to Unlevel the Playing Field!
NOTE: The Domination Program is also available in a Six Month all-inclusive membership with all the same benefits listed above over six months. This is ideal for the athlete participating in both school and club sports!
PRICING & SCHEDULING:
Athletic Republic will be offering individual and monthly unlimited training packages. Their individual training packages consist of 6, 14 and 20 training sessions. If you are purchasing one of these packages, you will pay an average of $25/session. If their program is something you envision your athlete taking advantage of on a longer term basis, their monthly unlimited program may be a better option for you, average just under $20/session.
Athletic Republic offers flexible training times to accommodate an athlete's busy school and practice schedule. Training sessions will be available Monday through Friday from 3pm to 8pm. and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. If at all possible, we request that athletes refrain from scheduling sessions back to back days, to allow for proper rest and recovery.
