1) Rhymer Fitness Original Boot Camps:

PLEASE NOTE: These classes fill up very fast and are limited in size to maximize the class effectiveness.   If you click the name of the camp/program, there will more information (days, times & cost of each program) and the ability to sign up for your favorite!

Rhymer Fitness offers a multitude of fun, innovative and productive boot camp training programs to challenge anyone from the avid fitness enthusiast to the person just getting their feet wet.  Their boot camps include:

The Gauntlet
:
You have a starting line and a finish line.  What lies in between will challenge the body in ways you did not know was possible.

The Death Star: 4 different exercise stations prepared around a center cone.  Complete the fitness challenge at your station and get to and around the center cone to take on the next challenge!

Farmers Walk Suicides: This program combines a classic conditioning exercise (the suicide) with the oldest resistance exercise ever (farmers walks).  Add in some fun activities at each cone and you have a GREAT boot camp experience!

Killer B's:  Bars, bands, bells, balls, bags...oh boy, I bet that's one beautiful ballistic boot camp!

Stroller Boot Camps for Moms and/or Dads:
Bring your kids and your strollers!  This class is all about moving around the facility with your little ones with some occasional stops for some movement challenges.

Every boot camp class is designed to leave you feeling a strong sense of accomplishment and not just "beat down" or "worn out".  With that in mind, some of the equipment used for these classes include giant tires, sand bags, kettlebells, bands, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and much more!

2) Z-Health Performance Solutions:

Z-Health is a cutting edge exercise system designed expressly for retraining your nerves and brain (the nervous system).  Z-Health offers every athlete, from kids to adults, an ultra fast approach to getting out of pain, optimizing your health, and maximizing your athletic performance.

People who have seen it say the Z-Health classes look a lot like yoga, martial arts, dance, stretching, or any other named system under the sun!  We don't consider this unusual because the body can only move in so many ways.  What makes Z-Health different from so many other systems is not the exercises, so much as HOW you perform them.  The depth and specificity of Z-Health exercises makes it very different from many other approaches to mobility.  Plus, the actual training techniques of Z-Health and its focus on the neural components of the process make it extremely fast and effective.

3) Ultimate Band Training Systems:

Bands, bands, and more bands!  Rhymer Fitness utilizes the Joe-D bands like no one else.  In combination with the Joe D Ultimate Band Training Platform, you can expect to hit every muscle in your body.  This class can be tailored to fit anyone and any age with his/her fitness goals in mind.  Imagine this: 10 people, 10 exercise stations, one piece of equipment, 30 seconds to complete each station and no rest until all stations are finished.  As many rounds as you can take, this class is user-friendly and one serious training session!

4) Advanced Aerobic Conditioning:

This class is all about movement and pushing yourself to the limit.  There is no equipment needed for this class.  All you need is a strong desire to succeed and a good supply of energy.  Bobby Robinson will focus on the best training equipment ever made, your own body!  Be ready to push, pull, jump, lunge and squat your way to the finish line.  This class is based on training routines done by Bobby Robinson while competing as a Division I, 4 time all conference decathlete.  This class will be a fun & challenging experience for all fitness levels.  Be prepared to move and watch your body transform into the athletic shape you have always desired!
