The Specialty Basketball Camps at Carolina Courts are designed as a comprehensive athlete development experience. These camps focus on developing the complete athlete both on and off the court.
Athletes will learn about performance training, nutrition, recovery, time management, and building mental confidence. Sessions are designed to give players practical, age appropriate strategies from qualified professionals to help them train smarter, stay healthy, and balance school and sports.
Our goal is simple: equip athletes with the tools they need to perform at a high level and build habits that support long term success in sports and in life.
The Fundamentals Basketball Camp at Carolina Courts is designed for athletes who want to learn the game, improve their skills, and have fun in a positive and energetic environment.
Players will focus on the core fundamentals of basketball including dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, defense, and teamwork. Our coaches break down each skill in a way that is easy to understand, helping players build confidence while developing a strong foundation in the game.
This camp is perfect for athletes who want to grow their love for basketball while learning the skills needed to continue improving as players.
Please provide your athlete with a lunch, snacks, enough water for the day and proper attire (t-shirt, gym shorts, tennis shoes) to ensure that your athlete has a positive experience while at camp.
Summer Training at Carolina Courts focuses on skill development and repetition to help players elevate their game.
These sessions concentrate on shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, and game specific moves, allowing athletes to get high quality reps and individualized instruction from experienced coaches.
