Fall/Winter 2025 Lady Attack Club Team Information

Season Duration

Practices will begin the week of August 25th and the season will run through January 18th.

We will not have a tryout again in Winter, Fall athletes will  automatically be added to winter rosters.

Practices

• Teams will meets twice per week.  One Team Practice & One Intense Skill Development Session!

• Skills Development on Mondays

• One 75 minute team practice on Wednesdays.

• Practice nights and times will be determined after team placement

Tournaments

• Each team will compete in 6–8 tournaments during the fall season

• Tournament dates and locations will be released after team selections

Cost

• Cost is based on team placement

• Tryout fee is not included
