Season Information and Pricing Below

Season Duration: Practices will begin the week of February 12th. Attack365 teams will conclude their seasons toward the end of June.

Practices: Attack365 teams practice 2 times per week for 90 minutes each practice. Once selected for a team, practice days/times will be announced. 

Games:  Attack365 teams will participate in 10-12 tournaments throughout the Spring Season. Most tournaments are 2 day tournaments with 2 games Saturday and single elimination bracket play on Sunday. Tournaments are not held every weekend, but teams will still practice on weeks without tournaments.   

Cost: Season fee will vary based on level of team and tournament schedule. Expect the cost to be anywhere from $575-$750.

Q: How/When will I be notified with my athlete’s placement?

A: All participants will be notified by email on Friday, February 2nd at 3pm. If you are unsure, please check with a front desk staff member to make sure you have a valid email address on file. If you do not receive an email by 2/2 at 3pm, please email our Boys Basketball Director, Ryan Kerr, at “ryan.kerr@carolinacourts.com”. We appreciate your patience and understanding that this process takes time. Our initial email will include Head Coach, Practices Days/Times, League Game Schedule, etc… Initial placement emails WILL include a list of invited players, however, rosters are NOT finalized until all players have accepted or declined their spot.

Q: I’ve paid the $25 tryout fee and my athlete has made a club team. Does that $25 go towards my registration fee?

A: The $25 fee is used to cover operating costs such at as court time, front desk staff, coaching staff, etc.. The $25 tryout does not go toward the season fee.

Q: My athlete was not placed on an Attack365 team. Will I receive a refund?

A: We do not refund the $25 tryout fee. The $25 tryout fee is to cover coaching & staff costs, court time, etc… All players who aren't placed on an Attack365 team will be placed in the Carolina Courts Spring Crossover League. The total season fee for Crossover League is $250. Crossover teams practice 1 time per week and will play games on Friday evenings.

Q: I received an email notification with my athlete’s team placement. What are my next steps?

A: A Google Form link will be sent out with your placement email. Please have this form filled out within 72 hours in order to secure your roster spot.. Once your roster spot is accepted, please be on the lookout for an email invoice and team communication platform invitations within the next 48 hours for fall season.

Q: Are parents going to be able to attend tryouts?

A: Parents ARE allowed to stay & spectate during tryouts if you would like to. The gym will be very busy and our coaching staff will need the full 90 minutes for evaluations. Our management team and coaching still will NOT be able to discuss tryout results until after all tryout placements have been sent out.

Q: When and where will the games be held?

A: Attack365 club teams will participate in 10 tournaments in the Charlotte area. A typical tournament consists of 2 pool play games on Saturday and single elimination bracket play on Sunday. Most tournaments will be held at either Carolina Courts Indian Trail or Carolina Courts Concord. Teams do NOT play every weekend. We try to play roughly 2 tournaments per month.

Q: When I arrive this weekend, how will I check my athlete in for tryouts?

A: Carolina Courts staff will be seated at a checkin table toward the front of the building right past the front desk. Each player will receive an evaluation number based on what grade they are in and then directed to their assigned courts. In order to keep the line moving steadily and we get every player checked in prior to tryouts, there will be a designated table for each grade.

Q: When do practices start and how often will teams practice?

A: Practices will begin the week of February 12th. Teams practice 2 times per week, 90 minutes each practice, at Carolina Courts Indian Trail. The days and times of which teams practice will vary team to team. The final tournament weekend for most teams will be June 15th-16th. 

Q: I have a uniform from previous seasons. Do I need to purchase one for this season?

A: All club teams will be getting new uniforms for the spring 2024 season. Uniform purchase will be required for $125. This includes Attack365 game jersey & game shorts. A team store will be open as well if any additional gear would like to purchased, but not required. This includes backpacks, sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc...
