Refund Policy

The refund policy of Carolina Courts is as follows:

Programs/Clinics

48 Hours Before Program Start Date (24 hours for clinics): Full Credit on your account or a refund with a  processing fee.
After Program Start Date (or within 48hrs of the start date): No refunds or credits given after the start of the program. Exception: Doctor prohibits athlete’s participation due to medical reasons. Pro-rated credit will be given after Doctor’s Note has been provided.

Lessons

Lessons must be cancelled 24 hour in advance to be rescheduled and not be charged. Same day cancellations will be charged for the lesson with no refund or credit.

Summer Camps:

• Up to 1 week before Camp Start Date: You can have a full credit on your account or a refund with a  processing fee
• 1-6 Days Before Camp Start Date: You may transfer to a different week of camp. No refunds are provided.
• After Program Start Date: No refunds or credits given after the start of the program. Exception: Doctor prohibits athlete’s participation due to injury. Pro-rated credit will be given after Doctor’s Note has been provided.

Tryouts:

• Tryout Fees are Non-Refundable. Refunds or Credits will only be given if a Doctor’s Note is Provided

Inclement Weather Policy

We do not follow any particular school closing schedule. We have athletes coming from many different counties, so we make decisions about canceling practices based upon conditions at and around our facilities. We will try to give you as much lead time as possible, but given the unpredictable nature of weather in Charlotte, sometimes decisions are made within a few hours of practice or game times.

If we decide not to cancel practices, parents should still feel empowered to make decisions that they feel are best given where they live. If you are uncomfortable driving or letting your child drive, there are no penalties for missing practices if you can’t get there.

Due to our consecutive season structure, we are unable to make-up missed dates. We will not issue refunds for closures due to weather.
