The refund policy of Carolina Courts is as follows:

Programs/Clinics

• 48 Hours Before Program Start Date (24 hours for clinics): Full Credit on your account or a refund with a $20 processing fee.

• After Program Start Date (or within 48hrs of the start date): No refunds or credits given after the start of the program. Exception: Doctor prohibits athlete's participation due to medical reasons.  Pro-rated credit will be given after Doctor's Note has been provided.

Lessons

• Lessons must be cancelled 24 hour in advance to be rescheduled and not be charged.  Same day cancellations will be charged for the lesson with no refund or credit.

Summer Camps:

• Up to 1 week before Camp Start Date: You can have a full credit on your account or a refund with a $20 processing fee
•  
• 1-6 Days Before Camp Start Date: You may transfer to a different week of camp. No refunds are provided.

• After Program Start Date: No refunds or credits given after the start of the program. Exception: Doctor prohibits athlete's participation due to injury. Pro-rated credit will be given after Doctor's Note has been provided.
