SEVA Foundations

SEVA Foundations is designed for first-year athletes and players who are fairly new to volleyball. This program focuses on building essential skills, movement, confidence, and a strong understanding of the game in a fun, encouraging environment. Foundations is the first step in the SEVA pathway, preparing athletes to advance to SEVA Starters.
